We loved our stay at Silver Sands. Before we arrived, we had some requests to make it special for my daughter's birthday. Janette and her team went above and beyond to help us, with excellent communication and dedicated staff. Check-in was smooth, and the property was immaculate. It had plenty of space for our family of five, stocked with everything we needed. The wifi was reliable, and the little treats and personalized card were a lovely touch. We will definitely be returning and recommending to others. :)

This place was perfect for our family getaway. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions. We also appreciated the convenience of nearby food shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. the house itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious, providing enough room for our family of six. the garden was a nice bonus, offering a pleasant outdoor space. we had a great experience.
We did encounter some issues with the communication and dedication of the staff.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The staff was incredibly helpful and made my daughter's birthday extra special. The property was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, especially in an area where phone reception can be a bit dodgy. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. The little treats and personal card left for us were a lovely touch. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!
Honestly, there was nothing negative about our stay. It was all smooth sailing from check-in to check-out.

I keep coming back to this place because it's great. The staff even helped return my forgotten stuff. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, kettle, kitchen stuff, cots, and no pets/smoking. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!
